Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products Policy
All Hotwater Gallery products are "made to order," and thus, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Changes or cancellations to orders are not possible after 24 hours from the order placement. For any order-related concerns, contact us at hello@htwtr.com.
On rare occasions, products in an order may be damaged while in transit with our shipping partners. If one or more of your products arrive damaged, please follow the procedure below:
Send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to hello@htwtr.com.
Hotwater may conduct a Damage Review and, at its sole discretion, may elect to restore or replace the damaged product(s) based on the review of the submitted photos.
Damage Review Acknowledgment: By requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photos of damaged areas must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format.
Photos of damage must be received by Hotwater Gallery no later than seventy-two (72) hours following the indicated delivery date of the order by the shipping provider.
Photos of the damage must have been taken immediately following receipt of the product(s), and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed, or otherwise installed prior to taking photos of the damage.
A Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and Hotwater Gallery may elect to replace or repair the damaged product at its sole discretion.
The delivery of a replacement product, if any, is subject to existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping timing. You may be responsible for payment of return shipping if Hotwater Gallery elects to repair or replace the product(s).
